This workshop helps PhD Candidates and Postdocs analyze job adverts, identify what employers are really looking for and translate academic experience into clear evidence of relevant skills. Participants learn how to read job descriptions more strategically, understand the difference between German and international application expectations and use STAR to prepare stronger written applications and interview answers.
The workshop also includes practical work on CVs. Participants learn how to adapt an academic CV for international and industry roles and how to make their experience more relevant to specific job adverts.
