Join us to learn from our speakers how they have dealt with their academic failures!

Listen to their stories of rejected grants, wrong hiring choices and other setbacks in their academic journeys, and reflect on the lessons they learnt from them.

This event is open to all postdocs and staff scientists in Mainz who want to discuss and explore how research road bumps can become a point of progress instead of an obstacle to their careers. Lunch will be offered to the participants, during which they can continue discussing with our speakers.
